its been almost a month since ive posted. my life is like a crazy whirlwind, and for some reason i can keep up with facebook but not my blog. well im now down 7.6lbs. if i got really serious bt counting these points it wld prbly be alot more by now,but its coming off slowly but surely. making it to the gym at 5am usually 3-4 weeks. cardio for now, but gna have to get serious bt toning so i dont have a bunch of foxy extra skin when i lose the weight i want. had a little stomach bug this weekend so hoping for a bigger loss this weekend.lol
my weekends are still my biggest struggle for following the points. its very hard to stay away from loaded nachos and dr pepper at christian's baseball games. been trying to snack on sunflower seeds to not crave the nachos. dont think im gna be bathing suit ready this summer, but next summer for sure!!! gna have to start thinking bt where bryan and i can go to treat myself when my weight is all off. maybe a cruise or something :)
